1. Return Conditions
We accept return requests that meet the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Items must not be artificially damaged, stained, or altered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Requests submitted beyond the 7-day return period.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (unless otherwise stated).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Hygiene-related products such as underwear and swimwear (for health and hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@yoklok.net, stating your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our customer service team to respond and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to the designated address as instructed.
- Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer (unless the item has quality issues).
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.
- The refund amount covers the original price of the item only, excluding the original shipping fee (unless due to product quality issues).
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to the above return conditions, and exchange shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund for you.
6. Product Quality Issues
If the item you received is defective or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo evidence. Upon verification, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a full refund or exchange for you.
