1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No order processing occurs on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume or special circumstances, processing time may be extended, and we will contact you proactively.
Actual shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply to some remote areas, and we will confirm this with you before finalizing your order.
2. Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You may use this number to check the status of your package on the corresponding courier’s website. If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
- Order number
- Photo evidence of damage or loss (where applicable)
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company or arranging for a reshipment.
4. Undeliverable Addresses
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other reasons, the courier will attempt to contact you. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and the reshipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
